Are you open to the public?
Yes, our depot at Hurn is open 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Feel free to come along and pick up your required cylinders and accessories or pre-order online for daytime collection.
Can you supply my business?
We stock a variety of gases for a number of different use cases from light industrial work, breweries and hospitality venues, all the way through to high volume industrial welding and specialist gas mixes for laboratory work.

Can you supply me with a cylinder if I do not have one already?
Yes, we can supply you with a new cylinder if you do not have one, or if you want to switch to us from another provider. In most cases, we just require a deposit to be paid on the new cylinder on top of the price of the gas during your initial purchase. Going forward you will just pay the gas price each time you exchange an empty cylinder for a full one.
Do you offer delivery?
We deliver the following postcode areas for varying delivery charges: BH1-25, DT1-11, SO14-19, SO30-53, SP1-2, SP6-8, BA12, BA20. You can view our delivery charges at checkout, or if you are from outside these areas we have collection options available.
How does 24/7 Collection work?
To collect your cylinder at any time including weekends, select the 24/7 Collection option at checkout and you will be assigned a cage and lock number, the codes for the lock are texted to the mobile phone number you input when making your order.
All collections are from our depot at 8 Viscount Road, Aviation Business Park, Christchurch, BH23 6BU. Collection cages are positioned outside the gates.
Please note, currently all 24/7 Collection orders must be placed within working hours (8am - 5pm , Monday - Friday) in order to be processed and cages assigned.
What does Cylinder Exchange or New Supply mean?
If you have an existing cylinder that is both empty and a brand that we stock (Calor, Hobbyweld, Adams Gas or Campingaz) we can exchange it for a full cylinder, in this case select ‘Exchange’ when you are placing your order.
If you do not have a cylinder yet or you are coming to us from a different supplier, you will need to select ‘New Supply’ when placing your order.
